Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using techforcoaches.com ("Site") or purchasing any service from Tech For Coaches LLC. By using the Site or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase any service.
1. Who we are
"Tech For Coaches," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Tech For Coaches LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with a mailing address of 1309 Coffeen Ave, Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: johan@techforcoaches.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site or purchase any service.
3. The Services
We provide coaching, consulting, and technical guidance services for coaches, solopreneurs, and small-business founders. Our flagship offering is the Full Year Founder Support program (52 × 30-minute calls over 12 months, one-on-one support, capped at 4 new founders per month). We also offer free clarity calls and may offer additional services from time to time.
The Services are coaching, guidance, and advisory in nature. We provide direction, strategy, and expert input; we do not perform done-for-you implementation as part of the Full Year Founder Support program unless separately scoped and paid. See also our Disclaimer.
4. Scope, scheduling, and usage rules
Call capacity. You may book up to two 30-minute calls per week in the Full Year Founder Support program, subject to availability on our calendar. Unused calls do not carry over beyond the 12-month program window.
Program duration. The program runs for 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months, any remaining unused calls expire.
Rescheduling. You may reschedule any call free of charge with more than 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours, no-shows, and arrivals 10 or more minutes late will be counted as a used call with no refund or do-over.
Who you'll speak with. Most calls will be with Johan Stoop. Occasionally, depending on scheduling or topic, a trained team member may conduct a call to the same standards.
Topics covered. Tech setup, funnels, automation, CRM and email systems, operations, scaling strategies, platform troubleshooting (Kajabi, Zapier, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, etc.), and business systems.

5. Payment
All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment for the Full Year Founder Support program is due at the time of purchase and is processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the agreed amount. You represent that the payment method you use is yours and has sufficient funds.
6. Money-Back Guarantee (the "2-Call Guarantee")
We offer a limited money-back guarantee for the Full Year Founder Support program. The full guarantee and refund rules are set out in Section 19 (Refund Policy — Full Year Founder Support) below. In summary: if after two completed calls you are not satisfied, you may request a refund in writing; you will receive a refund of the amount paid, less a 10% transaction-fee deduction. After the third call, the guarantee no longer applies. Cancellations inside 24 hours, no-shows, and late arrivals count as used calls for this purpose.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during sign-up, scheduling, and the Services;
- Attend calls on time and prepared;
- Implement or act on the guidance you receive at your own discretion and risk;
- Use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes;
- Not share your account, login, or booking links with anyone else.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, designs, audio, video, downloadables, templates, and frameworks — is the property of Tech For Coaches LLC or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for your personal business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.
Content, worksheets, frameworks, or recordings shared with you during the Services are for your use in your own business only and may not be redistributed.
9. Confidentiality
Information you share with us during calls or engagements that is reasonably understood to be confidential will be treated as such. Likewise, any confidential information or materials we share with you (including strategies, frameworks, or operational guidance) are for your use only and must not be shared with third parties.
10. No partnership, employment, or agency
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Tech For Coaches LLC. You are an independent client; we are an independent service provider.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS OUTCOME, RESULT, REVENUE, OR TIME SAVINGS. SEE ALSO OUR DISCLAIMER.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECH FOR COACHES LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE AT ISSUE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tech For Coaches LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or Services, or your violation of any third-party right.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you materially breach these Terms, behave abusively toward us or our team, or if providing the Services becomes impractical. If we terminate for cause, no refund is owed beyond what Section 19 provides. You may stop using the Services at any time.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. To the extent permitted by law, you and Tech For Coaches LLC each waive any right to a jury trial.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site or Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Severability; entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms (including the refund rules in Section 19), together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tech For Coaches LLC regarding the Site and the Services.

19. Refund Policy — Full Year Founder Support
This section applies specifically to the Full Year Founder Support program offered by Tech For Coaches LLC.
The 2-Call Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the Full Year Founder Support program with a simple promise: after two completed calls, if you do not feel the program is valuable for you, you may request a refund.
How it works
You're eligible if:
- You have purchased the Full Year Founder Support program;
- You have completed at least two (2) and no more than three (3) calls under the program;
- You submit your refund request in writing, by email to johan@techforcoaches.com, before your fourth call takes place;
- Your request clearly states that you are invoking the 2-Call Guarantee.
You are NOT eligible if:
- You have completed four (4) or more calls, at which point the guarantee has expired;
- You are requesting the refund after the 12-month program window has ended;
- You have not completed at least two calls (the guarantee is designed to give us a fair chance to provide value);
- You breach these Terms or behave abusively toward us or our team in a way that constitutes cause for termination.
How calls are counted
For the purpose of this guarantee, a call is considered "completed" or "used" when:
- You attend the scheduled 30-minute call; OR
- You cancel or reschedule inside 24 hours of the scheduled start time; OR
- You are 10 or more minutes late to the scheduled start; OR
- You do not show up at all (no-show).
Rescheduling with more than 24 hours' notice does not count as a used call.
Refund amount and processing
If you are eligible and submit a valid request, we will refund the amount you paid for the Full Year Founder Support program, less a 10% deduction to cover non-recoverable payment-processor transaction fees.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at purchase. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days on our side; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Once a refund is issued, your access to the program ends immediately. Any remaining scheduled or unused calls are cancelled.
Other purchases
Services other than the Full Year Founder Support program (for example, one-off consulting engagements, custom projects, or done-for-you work) are subject to the specific refund terms agreed in writing at the time of that purchase. If no specific refund terms were agreed, those purchases are non-refundable once work has begun.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us at johan@techforcoaches.com before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved directly and more quickly between us. Unjustified chargebacks may be disputed and may also result in termination of your access to the Services.
