Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using techforcoaches.com and any of Tech For Coaches LLC's associated pages (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
In this Privacy Policy, "Tech For Coaches," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Tech For Coaches LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The owner of the Site can be contacted at:

2. Definitions
- "Personal Information" means information that identifies you or can be used with other information to identify you, such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and payment details.
- "Services" means the Site, the Full Year Founder Support program, clarity calls, any one-off consulting engagements, and any other products or offerings we provide.
- "You" means any visitor to the Site or client of the Services.
3. What we collect
Information you give us. When you book a clarity call, purchase the Full Year Founder Support program, email us, or subscribe to any list, you may provide: your name, email address, business name, phone number, payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers), and any details you share during calls or in correspondence.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we may collect: your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time spent, referring URL, and similar usage data. This is typically collected via cookies and analytics tools (see Section 8).
Client work product. If you engage us for the Full Year Founder Support program, we may receive access to your business systems, files, automation tools, or accounts as needed to provide the Services. We treat this information as confidential and use it only to perform the Services.
4. How we use your Personal Information
We use your Personal Information to:
- Deliver the Services you purchased or requested;
- Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about your account, scheduling, or the Services;
- Process payments through our payment processor (Stripe);
- Send you information you opted in to receive (newsletters, program updates, educational content);
- Improve the Site and the Services;
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
5. When we share your Personal Information
We do not sell your Personal Information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers. We share limited information with third parties who help us operate the business — payment processing (Stripe), email delivery and list management (Kit / ConvertKit), calendar/scheduling tools, hosting, and analytics. These providers are contractually or by their published policies required to protect your information.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
- Business transfers. If Tech For Coaches LLC is merged, acquired, or its assets are sold, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not authorize third-party behavioral tracking or sell your information to data brokers.
6. How we store and protect your Personal Information
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Information, including SSL/TLS encryption in transit and restricted access on our side. No system is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affecting your Personal Information occurs, we will notify you consistent with applicable law.
7. How long we keep your Personal Information
We retain Personal Information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand how visitors use the Site. We may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to collect aggregated usage data. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.
We do not currently run Google Ads on the Site. If that changes, this Privacy Policy will be updated.
9. Your rights (US residents)

- Request correction or deletion;
- Opt out of certain uses;
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Under CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the rights described above and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of Personal Information as those terms are defined by California law. We do not sell or share Personal Information as defined by California law, but if that ever changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide an opt-out mechanism.
10. Your rights (EU / UK residents — GDPR and UK GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to our processing of your Personal Information, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.

If you are in the EU/UK and sign up for free resources or a newsletter, we will only add you to our email list with your affirmative consent. You can unsubscribe any time using the link in any email.
11. Children's privacy (COPPA)
The Site and Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us Personal Information, contact johan@techforcoaches.com and we will delete it.
12. CAN-SPAM Act
We comply with the US CAN-SPAM Act. We:
- Identify marketing messages clearly;
- Include our physical mailing address in marketing emails;
- Honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
