We explain everything in plain English, use lots of visual demonstrations, and NEVER make you feel rushed or stupid. Plus, if something's too complex, we just do it for you. You're not required to become a tech expert — that's my job.
Each call is 30 minutes. You can book up to 2 calls per week based on what's available on my calendar. Just schedule in advance. Most urgent issues can be handled in the next available slot.
Both, depending on what you need. Simple things (like changing text on your website), I'll teach you so you're not dependent. Complex things (like integrating your email platform with your CRM), I'll either handle it or guide you step-by-step while screensharing. You decide what you want to learn vs. what you want me to just fix.
This program is for scheduled calls only. For ongoing message-based support or implementation work, we have separate packages. That said, 52 calls over 52 weeks means you can book almost weekly. Most coaches find 1 call per week is perfect for staying on top of tech.
Yes! I've worked with 100+ coaches, healers, and wellness practitioners. I know the platforms coaches use (Kajabi, Acuity, Calendly, ConvertKit, etc.), the challenges you face (client scheduling, payment plans, intake forms), and what actually drives client bookings for coaches (it's different than e-commerce!). I speak coach language, not just tech language.
